“Over the last few years, we have really come to enjoy the challenge of creating unique training programs for lacrosse players. The sport requires everything…speed, strength, reactive agility, aerobic fitness, repeated power, hand-eye coordination and above all, an unspoken communication and creative vision at full speed. It has been awesome to watch the young players come through our programs and develop these areas!”—–Scott Moody
